Most Bike Fits are set up to either maximise power output, or to put you in the most aerodynamic position - the problem with both of these positions is that they don't take into account YOUR body.

Your position should address your individual needs and physical capabilities. Your flexibility, core strength, body measurements and alignment, riding experience, and any other mitigating factors (injuries, mileage, etc) must all be assessed before a position is built.

The aim of our bike fitting service is to find your optimum position. This is a position which is as "fast" and "efficient" as possible for your body, and also one which you will comfortably be able to maintain for hours in the saddle.

Our fitting service also includes a post assessment summary report outlining the relevant findings, and an individualised exercise program designed to improve your riding efficiency and minimise the risk of injury.
