Physiotherapy
A Physiotherapist can provide a diagnosis of your injury or condition. This gives you an understanding of its severity, and therefore guidance on what to do about it.
Podiatry
Our sports podiatrist can diagnose, treat and help prevent dysfunction in the musculo-skeletal system arising from the foot and lower limb. Such treatment can help alleviate pain, improve performance and prevent recurrence of injury. Podiatry requires a detailed analysis of your walking and running styles. If adjustments are needed, these can be addressed in the form of temporary insoles or prescribed orthotic devices for your shoes.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a deep form of soft tissue massage. It is one of the most effective therapies for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Received regularly this can help to prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse.
Pilates and Physiolates
Physiolates is an integration of Pilates and Physiotherapy. There are a maximum of three clients per class which allows for a very personalised and hands-on approach. Anyone who has suffered from low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, or generally just want to gain better core strength and more flexibility will benefit greatly from these sessions.
