At London Physio we believe in finding the cause of a problem, as well as treating the symptoms. Our aim is to return you to your optimal level of function in the shortest possible time. Our three West London clinics are located within prestigious health clubs which have excellent gym facilities available to aid your rehabilitation.
London Physio is a multidisciplinary practice offering a variety of services in addition to physiotherapy. These include Podiatry, Sports Massage, Womens' Health Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and Pilates. Our therapists are in constant communication with one another, allowing the best possible treatment and rehabilitation for your injuries.

Over the past 8 years we have developed a close working relationship with a number of leading surgeons and sports doctors, so that when required, further diagnosis and investigation (MRI, X-rays or Ultrasound) are obtainable, ensuring your problem can be dealt with efficiently.
Staff Profiles
Mark Green - Physiotherapist
Mark graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1996. Since that time he has worked as a musculo-skeletal specialist in New Zealand and England, based mainly in private sports practices. He has treated a number of national and international level sports people from a variety of sports including cricket, rugby and runners.
He has competed himself at national and international level at both running and multisport events. He has run a sub 2:35 marathon and has more recently taken up Ironman events. Over the course of his sporting career, Mark has experienced a number of accidents and injuries. The experience of sustaining injuries himself, has greatly improved his understanding of the treatment and rehabilitation process required for a full return to sport.
Tim Perrin - Physiotherapist
Tim graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2003. He spent 3 years working in Melbourne, Australia, at a sports based private practice. This job involved working with various age group state football and rugby teams. He also played rugby to a state level himself during this period.
For the past 18months Tim has worked all around the UK in a mixture of NHS and private hospitals before settling at London Physio. His areas of interest include general musculoskeletal physiotherapy as well as sporting injuries and rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in the injury prone shoulder joint, and believes in exercise prescription as a primary means of rehabilitation as he know from personal experience that it works!
Andrew Lee - Physiotherapist
Andrew completed a physiotherapy degree at the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2006 after first receiving a biomedical science degree at Monash University. Since graduating he has undertaken further study in Clinical Pilates, Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
Andrew is a keen cyclist, initially introduced to the sport as rehabilitation following a bad hip injury. He has since held seminars at cycling clubs regarding injury prevention and bike setup, and performs a full bike setup service at our West Kensington clinic. Andrew has played tennis at state level and has a golf handicap of 10, making him a specialist in the treatment of tennis and golfing related injuries.
Maria Elliott - Women's Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor
Maria is a highly qualified and accomplished Women's Health Physiotherapist with 20 years experience working in the NHS and privately. She offers a "hands-on" approach with a keen emphasis on posture, muscle imbalance, pelvic floor activation and theraeutic exercise.
Maria is a certified Pilates Instructor with APPI, and has combined her Physiotherapy treatment with her Pilates expereince to create "Physiolates"
George Ramft - Podiatrist
George has over 15 years experience in private practice, mainly within sports injury clinics, working in conjunction with physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons and sports physicians.
His expertise ranges from assessing problems with foot and leg function in childhood, through developing adolescent athletes, to recreational sports men and women and also elite international level athletes.
Lisa Opie - Sports Massage Therapist
Lisa has been working as a Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist for 8 years, since graduating from St Mary s University/College, Twickenham, with a degree in Sport Science/Sport Rehabilitation (BSc Hons).
She was an England International squash player for 13 years, reaching World number 2 and British number 1. Winning the British Open in 1991(first British female in 30 years) was the pinnacle of her career, a feat that gained her an MBE in the 1995 New Years Honours List.
Lisa's experience of competing at the very top level of her sport for a number of years, has helped considerably in her understanding of Sports Massage and the benefits it provides.
Timo Dahlstedt - Sports Massage Therapist
Timo trained at the Finnish Sports Massage College, Suomen Urheiluhierojaopisto, and has a wide range of experience in treating Dancers, Actors, Triathletes, Office workers, as well as athletes from different sporting disciplines.
He studied dance for 15 years in Finland and moved to England in 1994 after qualifying as a Professional Masseur. Initially he treated World Champion-level Ballroom Dancers and then went on to become the full-time masseur for The Royal Ballet Company in 1997, where he spent 3 years touring throughout the UK and the world.
